Catalog photos, typical specs, and lead times are illustrative. Binding quantities, prices, and specs are only those we confirm in a quote, proforma invoice, or order.

Quotes, samples, and orders

A website or chat inquiry is a request for information. We may decline inquiries that are incomplete or outside our wholesale terms.

Sample rolls or swatches, MOQ, shipping, and payment follow the written offer for that request. Customs duties and local taxes at destination are the buyer’s unless we state otherwise.

Warranty, if any, is the warranty stated on the product line and the documents shipped with that order—not a general website promise.
