Who this policy covers

This page states the after-sales terms of Everspring Technology Company Limited (“MIC Film”, “we”) for wholesale buyers of paint protection film, window tint, and architectural film. It is for distributors, installers, and OEM or private-label buyers. It is not a consumer retail warranty and does not create a storefront contract.

Binding quantities, prices, SKUs, and granted warranty years are only those we confirm in a quote, proforma invoice, or order. Catalog photos and typical spec tables are illustrative.

What after-sales includes

After-sales on this site means: the warranty granted on the shipped order, batch-consistency support for repeat pallets, documentation (warranty cards, roll or batch codes), and a claims path for manufacturing defects.

Quotes, sample tracking, and claims stay on WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or phone — not a public ticket queue.

Warranty grant

Warranty, if any, is the term printed for that series and written on the documents shipped with the order. Do not publish a local warranty year from a catalog ceiling until MIC confirms the exact terms for that SKU and market.

Coverage starts from the install date recorded on the warranty card when a card is issued, or from the ship date on the order if no card is used.

What is covered

Yellowing or discoloration from a material or anti-yellowing topcoat failure inside the granted term.

Film failure: cracking, peeling, bubbling, or delamination of the film itself.

Loss of gloss or optical clarity caused by a manufacturing defect, not wash marks or install haze.

Failure of the hydrophobic topcoat or the self-healing type printed for that series.

What is excluded

Installation errors, film over damaged or uncured paint, or coverage the installer did not record on the card.

Cuts, tears, stone chips, parking damage, racing, or commercial fleet use that breaks the film.

Solvents, abrasive wash, unapproved ceramic or color coats, or cleaners the shop did not approve.

Sale of the vehicle, and labor, removal, or paint repair unless MIC confirms that remedy in writing.

How to claim

The installing shop named on the warranty card is the first contact. They confirm the SKU, install date, and photos.

Send the certificate number, vehicle, install date, close-up photos or video, and the roll or batch number if the carton is still available.

MIC reviews manufacturing defects only. Replacement film is the standard remedy unless a written approval says otherwise.

Samples, unused film, and credits

Free evaluation samples are for testing. They are not a retail return.

Unused wholesale rolls are not automatically returnable. Any return, replacement outside warranty, or credit is only what we confirm in writing for that order.

Sample rolls or swatches, MOQ, shipping, and payment follow the written offer for that request.

Traceability and OEM programs

Rolls can be coded for traceability. Orders can include warranty cards, labels, and private-label packaging after artwork approval.

OEM naming and local claims must match the granted term for that market. We do not authorize counterfeit or replica branding.
