How do I start before sending a bulk PO?

The usual path is a free sample, then a trial roll or small lot on the same spec, then carton or pallet repeats. We do not ask you to print a local warranty claim until you have tested the film.

What is the minimum order after samples?

Trial rolls are available for a first test. Repeat wholesale follows carton or pallet packing. The binding MOQ, width, and finish are those we confirm in the written quote for that request.

Do you offer room-temperature self-healing or thermal self-healing?

Both. Choose by climate, vehicle use, and installer preference. We can align the healing type for OEM and private-label programs after you confirm the series.

Do you run aging tests and inspect every batch?

Yes. We run accelerated aging and routine QC on every batch to check durability, anti-yellowing stability, and hydrophobic topcoat consistency. The next pallet should match the last.

Is this film an alternative to XPEL, STEK, or LLumar?

It is a factory-direct second line you can test beside those brands. We do not sell counterfeit or replica film. Compare install feel and batch match on a real car before you position it in your market.

Do you also supply window tint and architectural film?

Yes. Automotive window tint and architectural film are available for wholesale and OEM programs. Ask for the tint or architectural catalog if that is the line you are sourcing.

Yes. Distributors and wholesale partners can start with a small trial and scale. Branding, packaging, and roll labeling are available after artwork approval.

Can you provide pre-cut patterns or software?

Pre-cut patterns can be included when order volume supports a distributor network. A standalone pattern package can also be purchased separately.

Do orders include warranty cards and coded rolls?

Each order can include warranty cards. Rolls can be coded for traceability. Publish only the warranty term MIC confirms for that SKU and market.

How does warranty work?

Coverage is series- and market-specific. The granted term is the one on the product line and the documents shipped with that order — not a general website ceiling. Catalog years still need confirmation for your market.

How do I file a claim?

Start with the installing shop named on the card. Send the certificate or roll/batch code, vehicle, install date, and close-up photos or video. MIC reviews manufacturing defects. Replacement film is the standard remedy unless we approve something else in writing.

What is covered and what is not?

Covered items are manufacturing defects such as yellowing, cracking, peeling, bubbling, loss of clarity from a material fault, or failure of the listed hydrophobic or self-healing performance. Install errors, stone chips, abuse, unapproved chemicals or coatings, vehicle sale, and labor are not covered unless we confirm that remedy in writing.

Can I test window tint before a wholesale order?

Yes. Request a sample book or a test roll on the quote form for the series you want to stock. Confirm SKU, width, and freight on the written quote before a carton or pallet PO.

How much heat and UV does the film reject?

Accepted Answer

The line is specified to block heat and over 99% of UV. VLT, IRR, and TSER are listed per SKU on the window-tint series tables. Match the series to climate and the VLT your market allows.

Will the film interfere with phones, GPS, or ETC?

Accepted Answer

The nano-composite series is specified not to interfere with calls, navigation, or ETC, and to support 5G connectivity. Name signal as a buying criterion on the quote so we point you to the right series.

When do I use the Exterior series versus Silver or Safety?

The Exterior series is specified for outdoor application—weather-resistant and corrosion-proof. For a standard interior install, start with Silver, Safety, or Double-Silver. Confirm the glass face on the quote.

What is the difference between safety film and solar film?

Safety film is specified to hold glass together on impact (2–14 MIL). Silver and Double-Silver are solar films for heat rejection and appearance. Stock the job: shatter hold, heat, or both.

What are typical lead times and packing?

Standard clear TPU rolls are typically 7–15 working days after deposit. OEM branding and special widths need a separate schedule. Default packing is a 1.52 m × 15 m roll in an export carton; palletizing is available for repeat wholesale.

How do payment and Incoterms work?

The working quote uses T/T 30% deposit to start production and 70% before shipment, FOB Shenzhen. EXW, CIF, and DDP can be quoted after destination and volume are confirmed. Other payment terms only after written agreement.

Who pays customs and duties?

Customs duties and local taxes at destination are the buyer’s unless the written offer states otherwise.
